Roma coached by Helenio Herrera, who guided Inter to the 1966 European Champions Cup title. Goals: Sandor Zambo (3^’), Ferenc Bene (25^’). Referee Frank Mirisola played for Boston SC, and went on to become supervisor of referees for City of Boston high schools.
