The Conanicuts informed Secretary Hood of Newark, N.J., that the Rangers have no enclosed grounds, and that they did not wish to come to this city. The Rangers have a large field at the Green Mountain Trotting Park, an enclosed lot. The local eleven is very indignant at the action of the Conanicuts.”
